Construction of Green Logistics Evaluation Index System for Express Delivery Enterprises under the Background of Digital Economy
This article applies the SERVQUAL model to construct an evaluation index system for green logistics in express delivery enterprises under the background of digital economy. Evaluation indicators are designed from five dimensions: tangible facilities, reliability, responsiveness, guarantee, and emotional investment. And apply the FAHP to evaluate Company A to verify the effectiveness of the indicator system,Hope to provide some reference for the green logistics evaluation system of similar express delivery enterprises.
