Pensamento computacional e jogos educativos Proposta de atividade para a Educação Infantil

This article presents an activity that uses games as educational tools to promote computational thinking in early childhood education children. Based on the principles of constructivist pedagogy and the guidelines of the National Common Curricular Base, the study highlights the importance of play-based learning. Conducted in a preschool in northern Paraná, it demonstrates how games can be used to develop logical reasoning and problem-solving skills in 5-year-old children. The study involved games designed with difficulty levels, challenging children to think critically and sequentially. The results show that most children were able to complete the games at the simplest level, while more complex tasks required additional support. The authors argue that incorporating games into the preschool curriculum can improve children's overall development, including their cognitive, social, and emotional skills.
