With the development of science and technology, digital technology is being applied more and more widely in the field of education, where technologies such as artificial intelligence and virtual reality are changing traditional teaching methods and learning environments. This study aims to explore the influence of digital virtual AI role evaluation on college students' learning satisfaction and the mediating role of college students' acceptance of digital virtual AI role. Quantitative research methods were used to collect data on college students' evaluation of digital virtual AI characters and their learning satisfaction through questionnaires. Social cognitive theory, social identity theory and technology acceptance model are adopted as the theoretical basis. College students' acceptance of digital virtual AI role evaluation plays an intermediary role between digital virtual AI role evaluation and college students' learning satisfaction. The results show that digital virtual AI role evaluation positively affects college students' learning satisfaction. The results of this study provide references for educational practice and digital virtual AI character design, and emphasize the importance of digital virtual AI characters in the education system.
