Computer Vision Kinematic Detection of Centrifugal Pendulum Vibration Absorber
Using patented non-contact measurement technology based on computer vision, the kinematic characteristics of centrifugal pendulum vibration absorbers (CPVA) are measured. Firstly, the code wheel for computer vision recognition is arranged on the rotor and pendulum. Next, use a high-speed camera to record the movement process of CPVA in the video. Subsequently, with the help of digital image processing technology, the real-time motion positions of code wheel were identified. Finally, by utilizing the temporal variations of these position coordinates, the motion state parameters of the rotor and pendulum were successfully measured and compared with theoretical values. The results indicate that the proposed non-contact measurement method based on computer vision exhibits extremely high accuracy. This method not only offers robust support for the examination of CPVA’s dynamic characteristics but also pioneers innovative avenues for research in similar fields.
