Sistema de Monitoramento Remoto da Temperatura de Ninhos de uma Ave Símbolo da Zona Costeira do Sul do Brasil
This paper details the design and development of a birdmonitoring system, focusing on the study of bird breeding. Theproject encompasses the entire development lifecycle:selecting components, assembling the hardware, programmingthe ESP32 microcontroller, and developing a web-based datavisualization interface. The methodology begins withcomponent selection, including the design of a customtemperature sensor, as well as considerations for connectivityand energy efficiency essential for remote deployments.Programming the ESP32 involves configuring modules, implementing time-stamped data logging, and optimizing forlow-power operation. The final phase focuses on creating auser-friendly web interface using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, providing a seamless experience for data access andvisualization. This system offers a practical, end-to-endsolution for ecological monitoring, enabling researchers totrack environmental parameters in real-time and overextended periods to support habitat preservation effort
