APLICAÇÃO DE UMA FERRAMENTA DIGITAL DE MAPEAMENTO E A PERCEPÇÃO DOS AGENTES COMUNITÁRIOS DE SAÚDE NA OTIMIZAÇÃO DA GESTÃO E MONITORAMENTO NA ATENÇÃO BÁSICA
INTRODUCTION: The use of digital health tools is an alternative to improve healthcare services in Primary Care, especially in the digital mapping of the territories covered by Family Health Strategies (ESFs). The integration of information technologies and digital tools can enable the digitization of health data and reduce the slowness of the system, facilitating the design of management strategies. OBJECTIVE: To apply a digital mapping tool and assess the perception of Community Health Workers regarding the optimization of management and monitoring in Primary Health Care. METHODOLOGY: This is an experimental study with a qualitative-quantitative and exploratory approach, to be conducted at ESF 06 in Itumbiara-GO, chosen due to its proximity to the university campus and its below-target health indicators. The participants include Community Health Workers (CHWs) and the unit manager, selected through non-probabilistic convenience sampling. An application will be developed to assist CHWs in data collection and organization of daily work activities, with a map of the ESF 06 coverage area. Questionnaires and a focus group will be conducted with CHWs to evaluate the feasibility and acceptance of the application. Data will be analyzed using descriptive statistics and comparative tests. EXPECTED RESULTS: This study is expected to contribute to the Health Management process by reducing system slowness in the active search for patients within the ESFs, and by correlating health determinants and conditions to facilitate the planning of actions and strategies.
