10-meter hydraulic full sky dome structure design
Astronomical telescope dome is a necessary facility for astronomical observation, which can protect the telescope from severe weather erosion and provide a good observing environment. In this paper, a 10-meter astronomical telescope allsky dome is designed and its structural performance is analyzed to ensure the stability and reliability of the structure under extreme environments through theoretical and numerical simulations. The structural design of the dome and the accurate modeling of key structures are carried out first, followed by an in-depth theoretical analysis to evaluate the response of the dome to wind loads under a certain wind speed. Finally, ANSYS software is used to sample and analyze the key parts to reveal the stress and deformation distribution of the structural loads.
