Design and analysis of a double-layer small channel cooling structure of high heat flux component of the divertor
The divertor needs to be able to withstand a high heat flux of 10-20MW/m2 for the steady state operation of a fusion reactor. a novel design of double-layer small channel cooling structure of the high heat components of the divertor proposed in this paper. With the optimization of the geometric parameters of the cooling channel, double-layer small channel (D-SC) cooling structure shows great superiority. Comparing with the currently conventional designs, D-SC design retains the high heat removal capacity of the micro-channel heat sink structure, while greatly reducing the pressure loss, which provides the direction for the subsequent design of the heat dissipation structure of the high-heat flux components of the divertor.
