This article explores the mechanism of the alignment between the self actualiza-tion needs of adolescents and mental health education within the framework of humanistic psychology theory. By analyzing the characteristics of adolescent psychological development and the current situation of educational practice, this study reveals the inhibitory effect of traditional education models on self actualization needs, and proposes a systematic path from conceptual transfor-mation, archive establishment to multi-party collaboration, aiming to provide theoretical references and practical strategies for optimizing adolescent mental health education.
