Research on Information Traceability and Decision Support Models in Human Resource Management Systems

Human resource management systems face the rapid development of digital technology and need to continuously innovate to improve work efficiency and decision-making quality. This study mainly focuses on the integrated application of information decision support, designing a MapReduce model to form a traceable information resource system. The information traceability and auxiliary decision-making model created a data mining model, divided into multiple branches, ultimately forming decision trees that can represent different categories. At the same time, the system uses information gain analysis methods to determine the amount of information required to correctly classify randomly selected samples. Simulation results show that this model produces stable evaluation results in employee performance evaluation within human resource management systems, significantly outperforming group decision-making models and multi-attribute decision evaluation models.
