Analysis of influencing factors of water hammer in hydraulic system of transport aircraft and suggestion of restraining measures
Water hammer phenomenon is one of the important reasons for the damage of pipeline system. The internal cause of water hammer is that water has inertia and compressibility. When the transient state of water occurs, it will lead to the conversion and transfer of its energy. Causes the pressure in the pipe to rise or fall abruptly, producing a water hammer. Changes in some external boundary conditions, such as the rapid opening and closing of the valve, will cause changes in the pressure in the tube and produce a water hammer. Pipeline system is widely used in aircraft hydraulic system. In this paper, a set of simulation model of high-pressure hydraulic system is established based on the multidisciplinary simulation software AMESim to study the impact of pressure shock caused by hydraulic control valve rapid switching, hydraulic pump, pipeline diameter and other related factors, and according to the simulation analysis results, suggestions for optimization of hydraulic system architecture are given.
