Seismic Analysis Of Complete Independence Of Low-temperature Carbon Dioxide Pump

Low temperature carbon dioxide pumps is important industrial equipment in the field of nuclear chemical engineering. In order to achieve complete independence of such important equipment, the development of low-temperature carbon dioxide pumps is necessary. Complete the overall structural design, component functional design, and material selection according to the design objectives, then manufacture a research prototype, conduct a series of performance tests such as strength testing, sealing testing, and overall machine life testing. Among them, verifying the integrity of the low-temperature carbon dioxide pump under earthquake conditions is an important step. Therefore, based on the design structure of the low-temperature carbon dioxide pump, a 3D geometric model is established, the grid is divided, and finite element model, with boundary conditions applied, numerical simulation of low-temperature carbon dioxide pump using ANSYS software. The results indicate that, including under various load combinations including SL-1 abnormal operating conditions or S-2 accident conditions, various components such as the low-temperature carbon dioxide pump body, support, crankshaft, and transmission box. The stress is all below the specified limit, meeting the requirements of the judgment criteria; Enable the equipment to achieve the pre designed functions, with reliable and stable performance, effectively ensuring the safe operation of the production line.
