It is a company recovered by its workers in 2002 that managed to sustain itself for over 20 years. They have generated new jobs with a higherremuneration, higher than the market in the refrigeration sector, they have invested in machinery, tools andinvestments and added the cooperative management of a meat packing plant in another city. They have carried out a series of organizational innovationsthat strengthen the consolidation of the company and reinforce the cooperative's democracy and economic efficiency of the cooperative. The objective of this article is to describe and analyze the case by means of a qualitative approach using the semi-structured interview technique. It is an instrumental type of study since the caseplays a mediating role in the understanding of a phenomenon that transcends it. The selection of the recovered refrigeration company is due to its low level of knowledge, the degree ofconsolidation it has achieved and the diversity of innovations it carries out.
