An Introduction to the Application of Psychology in Teaching Mathematics in Secondary Schools
With the continuous updating of educational concepts, the application of psychology in secondary school mathematics teaching has received more and more attention. From the perspectives of cognitive psychology, motivational and emotional psychology and social psychology, this paper explores how psychological theories can effectively promote students' cognitive development, emotional regulation and social interaction in mathematics learning.By analysing the specific applications of psychology, it aims to help teachers better understand students' learning states and psychological needs, so as to optimise teaching strategies and enhance students' learning interests and mathematics performance.By integrating psychological methods into mathematics teaching, it can not only stimulate students' learning motivation, but also enhance their ability to solve mathematical problems, and help to promote the spirit of cooperation in collective learning, and ultimately promote the all-round development of students.
