Exploring Task-Driven Teaching Methods in Kindergarten Organization and Management Courses

This paper explores the application of task-driven teaching methods in the course "Kindergarten Organization and Management" to enhance the practical management skills of students majoring in early childhood education. The study finds that although the course emphasizes practicality and systematization, students still lack problemsolving abilities due to insufficient active participation and practical opportunities. Therefore, task-driven teaching methods are implemented to motivate students to explore independently and engage in interactive collaboration through specific tasks, significantly increasing their interest in learning and problem-solving abilities. The course design focuses on clear teaching objectives and tasks, with students continuously practicing, evaluating, and reflecting during the task completion process, forming a positive learning cycle.Task-driven teaching methods effectively promote students' autonomous learning and professional qualities. In the future, internet technologies and blended learning should be integrated to provide students with more challenging tasks to address the new issues in kindergarten management and further enhance students' practical abilities.
