Development of the Questionnaire on the Status Quo of Nursing Staffs Cognition of “Internet Plus Nursing Service” in Heilongjiang Province

Objective: This study aims to construct a questionnaire evaluating nursing staff's perceptions and readiness regarding "Internet + Nursing Services" in Heilongjiang Province, providing foundational data to support the implementation of this digital healthcare initiative in the region.Method: A total of 18 articles were ultimately included in the Chinese and English literature databases.The expert group discussed the development of a questionnaire, which includes 5 primary items and 38 secondary items.Two rounds of expert inquiries will be conducted from November 2024 to January 2025.The Delphi method, also known as expert opinion method or expert survey method, is a decision-making method that uses communication to separately send the problems that need to be solved to each expert, solicit opinions, and then collect and summarize the opinions of all experts, and sort out comprehensive opinions.Then, the comprehensive opinions and predicted problems are separately fed back to the experts, and opinions are solicited again.Each expert modifies their original opinions based on the comprehensive opinions, and then summarizes them.This procedure is carried out repeatedly for several times to steadily achieve a relatively consistent prediction outcome.Results: Eventually, 5 primary items and 36 secondary items were incorporated.In the first round of the expert inquiry questionnaire, the response rate reached 100%.The authority level of the experts was 0.92, and the Kendall harmony coefficient was 0.501.For e second round of e expert inquiry questionnaire, the response rate was also 100%, and the Kendall harmony coefficient was 0.618.Conclusion: The experts in this research showed great enthusiasm.Moreover, since the authority of the experts (Cr) > 0.7, it demonstrates that the findings of this study are highly reliable.The Kendall harmony coefficient is 0.618, indicating that the experts have a high consistency.This questionnaire can provide reference for the development of "Internet plus nursing services" in Heilongjiang.
