Advances in Ablation Strategies for Persistent Atrial Fibrillation

PsAF ablation therapy is based on pulmonary vein isolation as a cornerstone, but pulmonary vein isolation alone has limited efficacy. Atrial fibrillation ablation strategies have been optimised in recent years and have shown promising results in clinical trials. Among them, vein of Marshall (Vein of Marshall, VOM) alcohol ablation, as an emerging technology, shows unique advantages and application prospects.
