The study analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of Google Workspace and CEP Diia.Pidpys (Diia.Signature) in validating intellectual property rights, providing a comparative analysis. It will benchmark these digital tools for their effectiveness in confirming authorship. The results will help academics to choose optimal methods of intellectual property protection and to improve digital tools for this purpose. Employing comparative analysis, the study evaluates Google Workspace and CEP Diia.Pidpys (Diia.Signature) across various criteria, culminating in a ranked comparison table and a summary of their respective advantages and disadvantages. The outcomes are designed to guide researchers and educators in choosing suitable intellectual property protection strategies, demonstrating the study's objectives and the practical application of its findings in diverse scenarios.

The article is an overview and information. Researchers and educators often face the challenge of protecting their authorship rights in scholarly endeavors, particularly when traditional methods such as publication or formal registration prove inadequate. The focus is on the protection of personal moral rights in commissioned works, contract projects, and especially in preliminary research. This study lies at the intersection of intellectual property law and information technology, addressing the need for specialized authorship verification to efficiently uphold creative rights. This research aims to bolster intellectual property rights protection for academics, prevent plagiarism, and foster academic integrity.
