The Mechanism and Strategies of Social Work Intervention in the Redistribution of E-Commerce Resources

本文聚焦平台经济下电商资源分配的结构性矛盾，揭示算法垄断、技术排斥与资本集中加剧城乡差距与群体分化，导致弱势群体被边缘化的现实困境，通过批判性分析，指出传统市场调节机制与治理框架的局限性，提出以社会工作为介入路径，构建“技术赋能–合作经济–算法民主”三位一体的解决方案。核心机制包括：搭建“政府–市场–社会”协同网络打破平台闭环控制，通过在地化数字培训、社区合作社及算法透明化激活弱势群体能力与权益；推动数据收益共享、政策倡导及文化融合等制度创新，重构技术权力的合法性基础。研究强调技术民主化与分配正义的协同，为破解电商资源垄断、实现普惠共享提供理论与实践路径。This study examines the structural contradictions of resource allocation in e-commerce under the platform economy, revealing how algorithmic monopolies, technological exclusion, and capital concentration exacerbate urban-rural disparities and group differentiation, thereby marginalizing vulnerable populations. Through critical analysis, it highlights the limitations of traditional market regulation mechanisms and governance frameworks. A social work intervention approach is proposed to construct a tripartite solution framework integrating technology empowerment, cooperative economy, and algorithmic democracy. Core mechanisms include: establishing “government-market-society” collaborative networks to dismantle platform closed-loop control; activating the capabilities and rights of disadvantaged groups through localized digital training, community cooperatives, and algorithmic transparency; and advancing institutional innovations such as data benefit sharing, policy advocacy, and cultural integration to restructure the legitimacy of technological power. The research emphasizes the synergy between technological democratization and distributive justice, offering theoretical and practical pathways to address e-commerce resource monopolies and achieve inclusive sharing.
