Abstract

This article aims to analyze, through an observational approach, how organizational climate and learning culture manifest in the formative spaces and academic practices of the Business Administration course at the Higher Education Faculty of Linhares (FACELI), evening shift. Considering the profile of students, who are mostly active in the labor market and subject to multiple demands of adult life, the analysis seeks to understand to what extent the physical space, interpersonal relationships, and organizational dynamics facilitate or hinder the construction of a meaningful learning culture. An institutional and pedagogical perspective was chosen, privileging the ambiance, the organization of educational processes, and how teaching practices are structured. The results provide support for critical reflection on learning conditions in higher education and for the improvement of formative strategies and academic management, aiming at the formation of autonomous, critical, and adaptable individuals to the demands of the world of work.
