Kinematic Analysis of Prosthetic Knee Joint and Topology Optimization of Front Linkage Rod
The topology optimization design of the front linkage rod of the prosthetic knee joints is carried out using multiple parting schemes, and the topology optimization results are obtained by analyzing different schemes and retaining structures with different mass percentages. Subsequently, kinematic analysis and strength verification are conducted on these structures to select the optimal topology optimization scheme. The analysis proves that the knee joints designed by topology optimization can meet the actual working conditions. Finally, the real model of the front linkage rod is obtained through 3D printing technology.
