Study on application of variable density lattice buffer structure in anti-accident Packaging Container

Analyzing the risk of accident-resistant packing containers in typical abnormal accident scenarios such as high-speed impact, fire, water, puncture, etc. is crucial for the design and improvement of product safety. In order to improve the protection performance of anti-accident packing containers under different impact scenarios, the variable density gradient lattice structure was used as the buffer protection structure of anti-accident packing containers packing containers. Based on the concept of functional gradient, the buffer structure model with real lattice structure was established. The non-collision region is equivalent according to Representative Volume Element mode, and the local fine modeling of the collision region and the local structure impact dynamics simulation are carried out. The speed, acceleration, reaction force, deformation and energy absorption of the buffer structure of the anti-accident packing box under end face impact, angular impact and side impact were analyzed. The results showed that the stress level in the protected structure can be controlled effectively and the energy absorption efficiency can be improved by adding the buffer structure. The local deformation mode, dynamic response process and energy absorption process were greatly affected by the spatial arrangement structure and density offset structure of lattice structure.
