Research on Optimization of Tunnel Construction Process Parameters Based on Nonlinear Fitting

This study aims to optimize the construction process parameters of tunnels using nonlinear fitting methods. Tunnel construction is a complex engineering process, and its success directly affects the quality and progress of the project. In this study, we can effectively provide feedback and guidance for construction through the analysis and processing of measurement data. This study used multi-objective weighted grey situation decision-making method and fuzzy adaptive variable weight combination prediction method to establish the optimal nonlinear fitting prediction model. We apply this model to Maliya tunnel, and analyze and predict the vault settlement. The results indicate that the model can effectively predict and provide feedback on the deformation of surrounding rock during tunnel construction, significantly improving the efficiency of tunnel construction and verifying the effectiveness and feasibility of the research method. This research achievement has certain theoretical and practical significance for guiding tunnel construction practice.
