Ventilation design optimization of box-type substation
This paper takes 10kVA box-type substation as the research object, puts forward the improvement measures to improve the heat dissipation effect and ensure the safe operation of substation. Firstly, a reasonable mathematical model and physical model are established, and the velocity field and temperature field are numerically simulated. Then, on the basis of the original model, by changing the position and area of the inlet and outlet of the transformer room, increasing the position of the top outlet and setting the bottom inlet, comparing the distribution of temperature field and velocity field of each scheme, analyzing their influence on ventilation and heat dissipation respectively. The reasonable energy-saving design scheme is summarized, and the reference is put forward for designers.
