Design of Multi-dimensional Intelligent Evaluation System for Cycling Pants Fabric
Fabric plays an important role in the comfort, durability and functionality of cycling pants. However, fabric evaluation has multiple dimensions, which may conflict with each other. By constructing a multi-dimensional physical performance digital evaluation system, the wearing effect of cycling pants can be comprehensively evaluated from a variety of physical indicators. The data of key indexes such as abrasion resistance, moisture permeability and air permeability of cycling pants fabric were collected through experiments. Based on the data analysis, the fabric was scientifically scored and classified from multiple dimensions. Based on the results of multi-dimensional grading and classification, a comprehensive intelligent fabric evaluation system including multi-dimensional physical properties is designed. The system has a multi-dimensional parameter setting function to meet the personalized performance requirements in different scenarios, provide a quantitative basis for the scientific selection and optimal design of riding pants fabric, and provide technical support for the intelligent and customized design of riding equipment.
