Establishment of the Competency Assessment System for Designated Examiners of Civil Unmanned Aircraft Operator License based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process

In the field of civil unmanned aircraft, the qualifications and capabilities of professionals are key factors in ensuring safety. Designated examiners of the civil unmanned aircraft operators license examination (hereinafter referred to as “designee”) play a crucial role in this process, and their ability to perform their duties directly relates to civil aviation safety. Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to calculate the weight value of designee's duty competency indicators, this paper aims to establish a competency model and performance assessment system for designees, providing feasible suggestions and references for the authorities to improve the performance capabilities of designees.
