Research on Adsorption Capacity of Biochar by Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

This paper aims to find the best way to remove arsenic (As(V)) and roxarsone (ROX) from water using biochar. We used a mathematical model to figure out how factors such as temperature, solution PH, and the amount of biochar used affect how well it works. To ensure that we weren't favoring any particular factor, we used a method called 'entropy weight' to give each factor the right importance. Then, we used 'fuzzy comprehensive evaluation' to get a more objective overall score for the effectiveness of each factor in removal. This method is better than traditional method because it combines the advantages of both entropy weight analysis and experimental design. Our work is a big step forward in precisely optimizing how biochar removes pollutants from water. This could lead to more efficient and sustainable methods of treating wastewater. Combining of fuzzy evaluation and entropy-based weighting is a new framework that can be used to optimize other environmental processes with multiple factors. This opens new possibilities for improving adsorption-based treatment systems in the future.
