Consistency Verification between State Machine Diagram Model and Sequence Diagram Model Based on Hybrid Step-Size Simulation
Verifying consistency between behavior diagram models before actual software development can identify flaws in system design at an early stage. This paper uses simulation to verify the consistency between the state machine diagram model and the sequence diagram model. It proposes a hybrid step-size simulation algorithm that combines fixed-time steps and event-driven methods. The simulation results using an elevator system example show that this method can effectively detect the inconsistency between the two diagram models.
