Effects of quantum confinement and hydrostatic pressure on electronic properties of diluted magnetic double quantum well
The goal of this work is to analyze the electronic characteristics of diluted magnetic (DM) system containing a localized magnetic impurity (MI), under the impact of quantum confinement and hydrostatic pressure (HP). We worked out the Schrödinger equation using the variational method and the effective mass approximation (EMA). Our results reveal a strong dependence of the electronic characteristics on the aforementioned effects. The findings provide a deeper understanding of how DM low-dimensional systems could have significant implications for future device applications.
