The Impact of Quality Standards on Educational Processes and their Digitalization A Step Towards Better Training
A quality standard is a normative framework that defines the essential criteria for assessing the quality of education. It aims to improve the performance of higher education institutions. The reference systems influence teaching methods, the organization of teaching and teacher training. They promote a student-centered approach and employability. The establishment of a repository requires in-depth reflection on the objectives of education. Assessment tools are developed to measure compliance with the repository. However, its adoption raises debates on standardization versus local adaptation. Repositories contribute to the internationalization of education. However, they can be criticized for their rigidity. Implementing a repository requires a supportive organizational culture. Its impact on the quality perceived by students remains to be explored. In conclusion, quality frameworks provide a framework for improving education, but their effectiveness depends on how well they are implemented.
