State of the Art in Modeling, Prototyping, and Testing Approaches for Hybrid Composite Materials Research
Hybrid composites materials, which mix various reinforcements and matrices to attain superior mechanical and functional qualities. Despite being widely employed in the healthcare, automotive, and aerospace industries, they provide difficulties with precise modeling, effective prototyping, and trustworthy testing. Key modeling approaches, such as finite element and micromechanical methods, as well as sophisticated prototyping strategies, such as additive manufacturing, are compiled in this review. Additionally, it emphasizes experimental techniques for confirming structural integrity and performance, future directions involving digital tools and intelligent design are considered, along with existing limits and research gaps, the objective is to direct future advancement in creating high-performance hybrid composite.
