Harnessing AI and Honeybee Sustainable Leadership to Cultivate Financial Literacy and Workplace Happiness in Indonesia
The impact of artificial intelligence experience and Honeybee Sustainable Leadership (HSL) on financial literacy and workplace happiness among Indonesian employees is examined in the present study. The study uses structural equation modeling to investigate how workplace happiness and HSL influence AI experience and, hence, financial literacy using a sample of 512 Greater Jakarta employees. Results show significant positive correlations: happy companies inspire AI participation, hence promoting employee adaptability and competent use of AI tools. HSL, which stands for ethical openness, trust, and teamwork, improves the artificial intelligence experience even more and advances an innovative culture. The paper also emphasizes how artificial intelligence (AI) tools empower workers in financial decision-making by offering real-time insights and simplifying difficult financial ideas, hence raising financial literacy. The mediation power of artificial intelligence experience emphasizes its relevance in connecting financial competency and occupational dynamics. These results imply that companies should stress ethical leadership and encourage work conditions to maximize artificial intelligence's possibilities, promoting both financial literacy and workplace satisfaction. To further knowledge of AI's influence on employee well-being and financial competency, constraints including sampling techniques and self-reported data demand additional study with varied samples, longitudinal designs, and comparisons with other leadership styles.
