USER INTERFACE DESIGN OF MOBILE APPLICATION BASED ON USERCENTRED DESIGN (UCD) APPROACH
The article discusses the application of the UserCentered Design (UCD) approach to designing the user interface of a mobile application. The key stages of UCD are described in detail – user research, requirements generation, prototyping, usability testing and iterative design improvement. Particular attention is paid to the importance of user involvement at all stages of design to ensure maximum compliance of the user interface with the needs and context of use. The authors conducted a questionnaire survey of customers of the Real Trading House LLC store, which identified the main problems and needs of the target audience. The data obtained formed the basis for the formation of recommendations for the design of the user interface of the mobile application for the Real Trading House LLC chain of stores, which contributes to the creation of an intuitive, understandable and convenient user interface of the mobile application, increasing user satisfaction and loyalty, allowing you to minimize risks at the early stages of design.
