Professional training of future master's students for teaching adaptive sports in higher education institutions
The article highlights the features of professional training of future master’s students for teaching adaptive sports in higher education institutions. It is determined that the professional training of future master’s students for teaching adaptive sports is viewed as a holistic and multifaceted process of forming in second (master’s) level higher education applicants a system of specialized knowledge, skills, abilities, professionally important qualities, and pedagogical mastery necessary for the effective teaching of disciplines related to adaptive sports in the context of a competency-based approach. It is emphasized that this process includes theoretical, methodological, practical, and reflective training aimed at equipping future master’s students with knowledge of modern technologies in adaptive sports, biomechanical technologies in adaptive sports, massage and modern recovery techniques, technical equipment used in adaptive sports, as well as the development of pedagogical, communicative, and digital competencies necessary for educational activities within the current paradigm of higher education. It is noted that special attention in the training process is given to developing the ability to design lesson plans, create didactic materials, evaluate learning outcomes, and manage the educational environment. Preparation for teaching also involves mastering modern digital technologies and interactive teaching methods, particularly in the context of distance and blended learning. The article substantiates ways to enhance the effectiveness of training, including through a practice-oriented approach, interdisciplinary integration, and the improvement of material and technical resources.
