Physical education and sports rehabilitation of osteoarthritis of the knee joints of stages I-II of middle distance runners by means of kinesioplasty
The article presents a theoretical analysis and generalizes approaches to the use of kinesioplasty tools in physical culture and sports rehabilitation of middle-distance runners. On the basis of the generalization of the scientific literature on physical rehabilitation and prevention of sports injuries of athletes, the expediency of expanding the means of the training process of runners by means of kinesioplasty, aimed at optimizing their gravitational loads on the lower limbs in the process of training and competitive activities, has been investigated. The pedagogical research was conducted on the basis of the Academy of Sports in Bucha, Kyiv region. during April-November 2024. It was attended by 20 athletes. According to the results of the analysis of scientific and methodological literature, it can be argued that osteoarthritis is one of the most common joint diseases of athletes, leading to frequent injury and long-term rehabilitation. Prevention and prevention of degenerative-dystrophic conditions of the knee joints and their injuries should include a highly qualified approach on the part of coaches who are able to combine traditional and modern means and technologies of purposeful influence on the development and strengthening of the musculoskeletal avatar of athletes. Among such approaches to the training process of athletes, in our opinion, there are exercises of the kinesioplasty system, which are aimed at optimizing the functionality of runners, allowing you to strengthen the musculoskeletal apparatus of the lower extremities and trunk as a whole, and expanding the possibilities of special physical fitness and reducing sports injuries. Of course, they should be used and used as additional factors that contribute to the expansion of the functionality of the musculoskeletal system of middle- distance runners. The results of the study confirmed that the use of kinesioplasty has a positive effect on the quality of physical education and sports rehabilitation of osteoarthritis of the knee joints of the I-II stages of middle-distance runners.
