Level of cellular resistance of the organism of futzal sportsmen who are in the v critical period of immune system formation
The article is devoted to the study of the level of cellular resistance of the body of male futsal athletes at the age range of 13-14 years, who are in the V critical period of the formation of the immune system. Research methods: 30 boys at the age from 13 to 14 years participated in the study. Two study groups were created. The first group of the EG included 15 male futsal players who constantly train at the Futsal Academy in Uzhhorod (average age of athletes – futsal players 13.53±0.08 years), the second CG consisted of 15 practically healthy peers who do not play futsal professionally (average age 13.60±0.08 years). The level of cellular reactivity of the organism was determined by the cellular resistance index and by the generally defined leukocyte intoxication indices (according to Ya.Ya. Kalf-Kalif, Reis, Khimich), by the nuclear index of the degree of endotoxicosis, the modified intoxication index, the general intoxication index, by the hematological intoxication index according to Vasiliev, by the lymphocytic and granulocytic index and by the index of the ratio of the absolute number of leukocytes and the erythrocyte sedimentation rate. Results of the study: it was established that in boys who are futsal players at the age from 13 to 14 years, physical movements contribute to the improvement of the body's cellular resistance, which leads to detoxification of the body of futsal players and a decrease in comparison with the control of leukocyte intoxication indices: according to Kalf-Kalif (by 19.27%), nuclear index of the degree of endotoxification by 2.33 times, general intoxication index, hematological intoxication index according to Vasiliev, as well as the value of the lymphocytic and granulocyte index is confirmed. The intoxication of the body of futsal athletes is caused by an autoimmune process or an increased level of apoptosis. In conclusion, the article highlights that in general, in boys at the ages from 13 to 14 years who are futsal athletes, physical movements in playing sports (futsal) contribute to improving the body's cellular resistance compared to the control group (non-futsal players).
