This study aims to analyze the impacts of the digital age on labor relations, focusing on telework and digital platform work. Considering the digitalization of labor, it explores the transformation of traditional work models, regulatory challenges, and the precarious conditions faced by app-based workers. Furthermore, it addresses issues such as working hours control, the right to disconnect, and the ongoing debate regarding employment relationships. Lastly, the research includes case law analysis, empirical data, and international comparisons, proposing ways to adapt labor legislation to the new digital reality.
