Les dendrimères, des macromolécules aux multiples propriétés

(Text in French) Dendrimers, macromolecules with multiple properties Dendrimers, also known as “molecular trees”, are part of the large family of polymers. They are made up of branched repetitive units, grafted step by step from a central core. Dendrimers have a large number of surface functions, easily accessible and modifiable according to the properties we want to give them, which makes them particularly attractive macromolecules in many fields, such as catalysis, nanomaterials, or health. These properties are illustrated with polyphosphorhydrazone (PPH) dendrimers.

Abstract

(Text in French) Dendrimers, macromolecules with multiple properties Dendrimers, also known as “molecular trees”, are part of the large family of polymers. They are made up of branched repetitive units, grafted step by step from a central core. Dendrimers have a large number of surface functions, easily accessible and modifiable according to the properties we want to give them, which makes them particularly attractive macromolecules in many fields, such as catalysis, nanomaterials, or health. These properties are illustrated with polyphosphorhydrazone (PPH) dendrimers.
