Professional Satisfaction and School Success

Relevant within this research is the weight that the nature and quality of the inter-human relationships have in reaching the didactic satisfaction. The most important factor in obtaining it is the human resource. It can be easily shown that some components regarding the national educational system – as providing the material base, remuneration, excessive bureaucracy, all are obstacles in reaching the professional satisfaction, but this socio-professional category of the teachers finds motivational resources at a higher level, sprung from the love of profession and children. The relationships between the school’s management unit and the teachers, between children’s parents and valorization of the accomplished work, give motivation to go further in this didactic profession. This micro-research could also be a reflection point for decision factors of the state educational system and it can offer a perspective for the private educational system now being in a full ascend and development.
