The effect of compound anaerobic exercises on certain bio-kinetic abilities of handball players

Objective: To assess the impact of compound anaerobic exercises on specific bio-kinetic abilities in advanced handball players and to compare the effectiveness of these exercises between experimental and control groups. Results: The compound anaerobic training program significantly improved the targeted bio-kinetic abilities in the experimental group. Enhancements were observed in speed-strength of the legs and arms, coordination, agility, and speed endurance. The program also positively influenced both defensive endurance and offensive performance, particularly under fatigue conditions.
