Power plant error prevention system based on digital twin technology
With the rapid development of the power industry, the safe operation of power plants has become the key. The traditional error prevention system has some problems, such as information island and response lag, so it is difficult to meet the needs of safe and efficient operation of modern power plants. Therefore, digital twin technology is introduced in this study to realize real-time monitoring and early warning of power plant operation status by constructing digital mirror of power plant, so as to improve the accuracy and reliability of error prevention system. Based on the analysis of the principle and architecture of digital twin technology and the current situation of power plant error prevention system, this paper designs the overall architecture of power plant error prevention system based on digital twin. The experimental results show that the system can significantly improve the safety level of power plant operation and reduce the occurrence of misoperation accidents.
