Digital Intelligence Empowerment: Collaborative Transformation of Equalization of Public Services on Online Platforms
Based on the perspective of digital intelligence empowerment, this paper has conducted in-depth investigation and research on the aspects of intelligence measurement and digital ability in various fields in China, and on this basis, constructed an equalization model of public service on online platform based on the perspective of digital intelligence. Through in-depth research on the equalization transformation of public services, this paper designs the equalization model of public services on the online platform. This module mainly includes the algorithm design and testing process, which covers the simulation analysis of the peak load of the user’s platform and the response time test of the collaborative transformation model. The test results showed that the number of data requests fluctuated between 300 and 500, and random noise was added to simulate the fluctuating load. With the passage of time, the peak load of the public service platform shows a fluctuating state. This volatility directly reflects the request pressure and load changes experienced by the platform over different time periods. If the load fluctuations are too large, the performance and responsiveness of the platform may be affected. Therefore, appropriate measures must be taken to enhance the bearing capacity of the platform or optimize resource allocation to ensure the normal operation of the platform.
