PENGARUH WORK FAMILY CONFLICT DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PERAWAT WANITA DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH dr. H. L.M BAHARUDDIN, M. KES KABUPATEN MUNA

This study aims to (1) determine the influence of Work Family Conflict and Job Stress on the performance of Nurses at the Dr. Regional General Hospital. H. L. M Baharuddin, M. Kes Muna Regency. (2) knowing how to assess work stress on the performance of female nurses at the Regional General Hospital, dr. H.L.M. Baharuddin, M.Kes (3) Knowing how to assess the performance of nurses at the Dr. Regional General Hospital. H.L.M. Baharuddin, M. Kes. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study consisted of 75 nurses at the Dr. Regional General Hospital. H.L.M Baharuddin, M.Kes and 55 married nurses will be the sample and fill out the research questionnaire. The data collection technique in this research uses the observation method and filling out questionnaires, while the data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. This research shows that both partially and simultaneously this research supports the hypothesis which states that the work-family conflict variable has a negative and significant effect on nurse performance, the work stress variable has a negative and significant effect on nurse performance. Suggestions for nurses at Dr. Regional General Hospital. H.L.M Baharuddin, M.Kes should be able to separate work problems from personal or family problems, and be better able to understand each other's job responsibilities. The hospital is also expected to pay more attention to the time limits given to each job, so that performance will be maximize
