ANÁLISE E OTIMIZAÇÃO DOS PROCESSOS DE GESTÃO EM SAÚDE PARA DOENÇAS CRÔNICAS

ABSTRACT This research addresses the analysis and optimization of healthcare management processes for chronic diseases with the aim of describing assistance models, data analysis, and management strategies related to this topic. The approach taken to achieve these objectives included a literature review through a survey in the SciELO database and scientific journals. This research was conducted from February 16 to March 22, 2025. In conclusion, managing chronic diseases requires a diversified approach using modern tecnologies, with patient – and – family – centered assistance models, including self tecnologies, with patient-and famanagement of care. Therefore, the organizations of services and the implementation of public policies can contribute to improving the quality of life of patients with chronic diseases. Keyword: Health. Self-management.
