ABSTRACT The present research addresses the Implantation of the health compliance program with the objective of describing the origin and Evolution of health compliance, concepts, characteristics, program implementation, challenges and strategies for legal compliance and data protection. The approach used to achieve these objectives included the literature review through a survey of the SciElo database and journals of scientific journals. The present research was carried out from March 23 to April 26, 2025.
