Correction to: The persistence of high altitude non-equilibrium diffuse ionized gas in simulations of star-forming galaxies
This is a correction to McCallum et al. ( 2024 ).An incorrect IMF was used to calculate a normalization factor for mass of stars formed in each time-step of each simulation. This decreased the mass of stars formed in each simulation. The main results/conclusions of the paper remain unaffected, but all stated values of SFR in McCallum et al. ( 2024 ) must be multiplied by a corrective factor of 0.37.The correct initial SFR for the fiducial simulation is 1 .2 M kyr -1 kpc -2 .
