A bilateral collaborative optimization strategy considering carbon responsibility allocation
Abstract To address renewable energy intermittency in power system stability, this study proposes a carbon-responsibility-embedded coordinated optimization strategy for source-load interactions. The framework systematically coordinates generation flexibility and demand response while integrating carbon responsibility quantification into operational decisions, achieving dual optimization of grid reliability and emission mitigation. Firstly, the framework of source-charge cooperative operation is constructed to solve the power supply and demand problem caused by the volatility of renewable energy output on the source side. Secondly, the carbon responsibility allocation mechanism is introduced to fully consider the carbon emissions on both sides of the source and load. Thirdly, based on the cooperative game theory and taking the lowest total cost of the cooperative operation as the objective function, the optimal scheduling model of the cooperative operation considering carbon responsibility allocation is established. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed source-load cooperative operation strategy are verified by a simulation example.
