Calculation and analysis of the temperature field in the tail compartment of civil aircraft based on conjugate heat transfer
Abstract Accurate temperature field simulation can provide a reference for the formulation and verification of regional temperature requirements of aircraft, and is an important means of forward design of aircraft temperature field. Based on the calculation method of conjugate heat transfer, the temperature field in the tail cabin of a civil aircraft is studied and analyzed in this paper. The main conclusions are as follows: the conjugate heat transfer method is suitable for the simulation of the temperature field in the aircraft area. The results are more accurate than the single fluid calculation. By using thin mesh in the solid domain, the number of mesh can be greatly reduced and the calculation efficiency can be improved. The low-temperature environment of the tail compartment can meet the design requirements. In an extremely high-temperature environment, there is the risk of over-temperature in some areas of the cabin, so it is necessary to adjust the layout of the cabin or change the temperature design requirements. In the fire condition of the APU cabin, the electrical equipment in the cabin near the firewall has the risk of over-temperature, which may cause damage to the equipment.
