Hybrid energy storage control strategy to stabilize wind power fluctuation
Abstract In order to effectively decline the adverse effects caused by the intermittency and volatility of wind power generation on the power grid and ensure the safety and stability of the power grid operation, the power grid has stipulated the active power fluctuation limit of wind power grid connection. Taking the predicted wind power as the grid connection target, the capability of the hybrid energy storage system needs to be reasonably allocated. The GWO-VMD algorithm is attuned to decompose the predicted power. The high and low-frequency components are borne by the supercapacitor and the lithium battery, respectively. At the same time, combined with the economic index, the optimal hybrid energy storage smoothing fluctuation control strategy is finally obtained to achieve the fluctuation suppression effect.
