Research on Copyright Protection for AI Speech Synthesized Audiobooks

随着以人工智能技术为代表的数字技术的蓬勃发展，融合了既有表现形式与新兴语音合成技术的人工智能语音合成有声书应运而生，并对现有的著作权环境造成了一定破坏。本文以著作权保护为核心，揭示语音合成技术在有声书领域造成的核心困境，寻求可行的解决方法，以期构建新旧技术和谐繁荣发展之前景。With the vigorous development of digital technologies represented by artificial intelligence, AI-generated audiobooks that integrate traditional forms of expression with emerging speech synthesis technology have emerged. These have caused certain disruptions to the existing copyright environment. Centering on copyright protection, this article aims to reveal the core challenges posed by speech synthesis technology in the audiobook field, seek feasible solutions, and strive to build a future where old and new technologies can develop in harmony and prosperity.
